Role Description

  • The IT Business Consultant facilitates between the Business Partners and the ITM Service Delivery units and keeps a close communication between all parties.
  • The IT Business Consultant analyses the business requirements and consults the Business Partners in terms of the IT aspects towards the implementation of the WFS system.
  • The IT Business Consultant derives the technical requirements from the business requirements and ensures that the service design (specification, realization, testing) meets the business requirements.
